The role

We are looking for a proficient Business Development Executive to work in the property industry with strong networking and commercial skills. You will be a self-motivated person, proactive, with an expanding contact base and your role will involve business development, marketing, networking, and client facing communications.

The company is part of a wider luxury lifestyle group and so you will be missing with a large network of offices across the globe, particularly in the Greater China Area. You will have strong guidance and support from both the HK and UK office. You will be dealing with ultra-high net worth and high profile clientele so you must be charismatic, highly professional, and discretion and confidentiality will be of the utmost importance to you.

This is a great role for someone who is enthusiastic to build their career with the luxury property industry. Prior exposure to the UK new development market will be a major plus.

Ideal skill set required

  • MUST be fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
