The Job

Looking to recruit a confident, ambitious, highly motivated team player, who is very organised, efficient, enthusiastic. This is a predominantly client facing role which requires an individual with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), an ability to empathise with a client’s needs as well as an underlying ability and tenacity to transact. Experience of pitching and business generation would be useful.

The successful candidate will be required to liaise with a global client base to understand their requirements, create strategies and actions plans, proactively search for suitable properties. They should have good negotiation skills to ensure clients end up with the best deal and manage and oversee the acquisition and legal process from beginning to end. The will also be required to expand and develop our client base and build a network of introducers to help growth the business.

Previous experience on the buy-side of agency is not required. However, the candidate should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in PCL and would preferably have had exposure to a number of different geographical areas therein.
