Overview

We are looking for a driven head of marketing and PR to join us at our London headquarters. As a strong brand marketer and PR communicator, they will be responsible for building and executing a strategic marketing and PR objective globally for all offices in USA, Europe, APAC and UK ensuring strength of execution to deliver both short- and long-term results. They will work cross-functionally with many teams across the organization globally. The successful candidate must have strong connections within the PR sphere.

The company is part of a wider Luxury Lifestyle Group and so you will be liaising with a large network of offices across the globe. It is very much a team effort – you will be a hands-on individual, who will “muck-in” to support your team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with specialists, offices and other key stakeholders to identify the department(s) business goals and align marketing efforts accordingly
  • Assist the global offices with their marketing plan and execution
  • Manage and execute the website globally
  • Copy writing for every aspect of the business as well as press releases
  • Coordinate all public relations activates
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • PR activities to create awareness in USA, UK, Europe and APAC
  • Manage and organise events for the London office and occasionally globally
  • Manage marketing activity calendar, project timelines, media plans and email/communication schedule
  • Manage Social Media Campaigns globally
  • To assist with marketing concepts and tactical plans for proposal pitches
  • Oversee approval of copy and creative for all printed materials and digital assets across the region
  • Stay abreast of relevant market conditions and trends, competitive landscape, and advancements across marketing platforms
  • Partner with marketing colleagues in London, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and New York to ensure global alignment and provide a consistent client experience
  • Experience of CRM system salesforce – ensuring data is captured and uploaded regularly to improve email campaigns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years in marketing, PR, ecommerce, partnerships or agency experience; luxury/HNWI experience a plus
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities with limited resources
  • Creative
  • Outstanding project/time management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional partners to accomplish aggressive goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration and making colleagues successful throughout the company
  • Proficiency in Excel modelling, PowerPoint presentation development, and web analytics
